What time will my team play in their tournament?  

Answer: Official tournament schedules will be emailed to you one week before your tournament. As a guideline, we are typically open for tournament play on the weekends from 8am or 9am into the evening. The youngest age groups usually start  in early part of the day, and the start times for tournaments advance progressively with age. There may be exceptions at times to this structure.

How long are the tournaments?

Answer: Tournament schedules will be emailed to each team a week before their tournament date. However, for those who need general guidelines more than a week before their tournament, the average tournament will run 3-4 hours. We have found that most teams don’t enjoy rest times in tournaments extended past the sufficient amount needed to recover and feel energized for their next game. Our staff works very hard to efficiently structure tournaments in a way that provides the most enjoyable and developmentally sound experience.

I want to register two teams (same age bracket) in the same tournament, but GotSoccer doesn’t let me?

Answer: In order to register two separate teams (even if the teams are your outdoor team spit in half) in the same tournament, you need to register with two separate GotSoccer accounts. If you only have one current GotSoccer account, you would need to create a new account to register the second team.

Are your tournaments flighted?

Answer: We are proud to say that our arena attracts more teams every weekend in each age group than any other venue in the Northeast Region. This gives us an opportunity to better flight brackets and give teams a competitive experience, although flighting may not occur in every bracket on a given weekend.

I want to take advantage of your discounts. I registered my team into multiple tournaments but I don’t see an option to pay the discounted fee. How do we get the discount?

Answer: GotSoccer doesn’t allow two different options for pricing. Keep in mind that when you register for a tournament, your card is not automatically charged.  If your registration qualifies for one of our two discounts, we will adjust the price to reflect the discount prior to processing the payment and accepting the team(s) into the tournament.

Is there WiFi at Soccer Coliseum? 

Answer: Yes, we provide free WiFi for everybody at our arena.

Can we purchase food and drinks at the Soccer Coliseum? 

Answer: Yes, we have a fully staffed concession stand where we serve food, beverages, and snacks with healthy choices.

What is the appropriate type of shoes for players to wear during games at tournaments? 

Answer: Players should wear soccer turf shoes or sneakers. Cleats are not allowed.

What does the Referee fee cover?

The one-time referee fee covers the entire tournament, including all games played.
